ALL IS READY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MAGNIFICENT RESORT
Golden Lake Villas provides facilities for the construction of a full-size holiday resort. The detailed zoning plan of the area enables the construction of a hotel with more than 200 rooms, plus 150 holiday homes and 19 residential houses intended for permanent housing. The total area is 50 hectares, and it has a shoreline of 1,700 metres with Lake Kivijärvi.
1. HOUSING AREA (AO/AP)
The eastern part of the area is intended for sparse housing construction. This area can accommodate 19 detached houses, 13 of which have their own shoreline with the lake. The total building rights amount to 10,047 square metres, of which 6,500 square metres have their own shoreline. It is also possible to build semi-detached and terraced houses in the area.
2. HOTEL/SPA AREA (RM)
The centre of the area is reserved for the building of hotel, spa, restaurant and conference facilities as well as holiday homes, saunas and retail facilities related to the tourist operations. The building rights of this part of the area total 11,650 square metres, 8,000 square metres of which are reserved for the hotel/spa building. The area is located adjacent to a sandy beach, in connection with which it is possible to build a sauna unit of 150 square metres. Moreover, the area contains a reservation for a marina for visiting boats.
3. HOLIDAY HOUSE AREAS AND OTHER BUILDINGS SUPPORTING TOURISM (RM-1 & RA)
The western part of the area is reserved for the construction of holiday houses. The local detailed zoning plan allows the construction of different types of holiday homes, either as individual houses or as entire blocks based on company ownership. There are 66 plots for holiday houses, and each of these houses can contain 1 to 4 apartments. Six of the plots have their own shoreline. The buildings built on these plots can only have one apartment each. Moreover, 600 square metres of building rights have been assigned to lakeside saunas in the recreation area located adjacent to the holiday house areas.
